Then you need one of our superb heavy duty Firenze Grill Units.
These are the same style grills as used in our entire range of barbecue models, they are very robust (20kg!)manufactured from thick plated steel, have a removable ash collection tray (see pic) and ensure a very good burn when used with either charcoal or wood.
The food griddle can be set to a variety of heights to ensure the perfect cooking temperature.
Unlike many barbecue grills, the Firenze allows air to enter beneath the coals in the same way as a domestic fireplace this ensures easy lighting, a quick warm up time and an intense even heat.
Remove the food griddle and add some logs for a lovely open-fire patio heater.
